It's just that I've heard that **sniffle** David Tennant is leaving Doctor Who! Is this true? I love the show and David, so I hope that this is just a rumour. The BBC have sort of denied the rumors ("[David is] completely committed to the show") The Sun reported this first, I think, but here is the link to check it out.
P.S. If you don't know what I'm talking about (British TV show), please don't give me any answers along the lines of 'Sorry, don't know what you are talking about'. Just don't bother answering. Thankyou!

According to what I've read on Outpost Gallifrey and on BBC's own site, they are literally just rumors. David Tennant is working filming Season 3 now and the Christmas Special for 2007. While it's true that there is no word on if he'll come back for Season 4 and that their have been rumors of the guy that plays the lead in "The Transporter" (can't remember his name right now) taking over the role, it seems to me that if they were going to regenerate the Doctor this season they'd do it as a finale.
And yeah, while "Doctor Who" is technically a British show, we have two and soon to be three networks (SciFi, BBC America, and PBS) airing the series over here. :-) Now if we could just the Runaway Bride around Christmas like everyone else, plus get "Torchwood" and "The Sarah Jane Adventures", plus the TV movie on DVD over here, and I might not be so jealous of you folks...*sigh*

i'm maximum generally no longer embarrassed to tell people who i'm prepared on wellbeing care provider Who and Torchwood and Sarah Jane. those shows are not approximately aliens or weapons or specific effects; they are pertaining to to the human condition and the characteristics that make us what we are. My well-liked shows may be enjoyed on many ranges and are specific to make you think of, ought to you be so prone. while i became starting to be up (i'm a pair of year and a a million/2 or possibly 2 years older than Spacephantom), wellbeing care provider Who had a popularity of being an extremely cheesy practice that in the time of basic terms the delinquent geeky boys enjoyed to computer screen. the lads in my junior intense and intense college who enjoyed wellbeing care provider Who weren't the lads maximum individuals had to be pals with. So if wellbeing care provider Who became sturdy adequate for *them*, the rest people needed no longer something to do with the wellbeing care provider. Come to think of of it, those unpopular, marginalized men did no longer care what anybody theory-approximately them and that they weren't embarrassed to declare that they have been a Who fan. properly, all of us comprehend the tale from there: Many adults, who would not have been caught lifeless watching wellbeing care provider Who 20 and 30 years in the past are starting to be thoroughly addicted to the revived series! AND we are going back to computer screen the unique shows and finding that we actual like them. Hehehehehe .... ooops. :-) Spacephantom: I had you in my cryofreezer in basic terms a pair of weeks in the past, so as which you would be in the present day accessible as quickly as MrTVGuy kicks the bucket. Who assist you to out? EDIT: Spacephantom .... ROFLMAO!!!!! yet you would be suspended and not comprehend you have been lacking DW. And once you get thawed, you may have all those years of recent DW to computer screen.

Hehe..I didn't even realize that Dr. Who still ran new episodes. . .
I met Sylvester McCoy once at a sci-fi convention. He wasn't very personable.
