Saddam Hussein was only convicted of killing 48 Kurds, despite all the other sh*t that is claimed he committed. Why was he rushed to judgement?

Was it simply because the Bush Administration was behind his execution - Saddam was hung on US SOIL mind you (fort justice) - on an American built rack protected by American troops at the time.

According to the US constitution, an accuser is suppossed to present all his charges against the accused BEFORE an execution.

When will Americans practice what they preach?

I wish America had a justice system as swift as Iraq's. Only if we could kill all our criminals so quickly, and not have them sit around for years.

Saddam's killing was a case done right.(no Libs there).

And you should note that Saddam was tired, convicted and executed by the Iraq, not the Americans. Note the US constitution does not apply to non US citizens, Irqa laws are diff rent. You go by the laws of the country your a citizen of, the US constitution does not apply to the whole world.
