Hello abortion is legal. I am for abortion for many different reasons and even though i haven't had one if i did want one then i would not care what people like you think/thought.

I would have an abortion for the following reasons:
1)If i were raped
2)If the fetus had something horribly wrong with it and would only suffer a horrible life.
3)If my life were in danger and i was told i would die if i followed through with the pregnancy then i would abort because i would not want to leave my son motherless.
4)If i did not or could not handle another kid.

It is not your decision on why people have abortions. If you seem to think it is murder then how can you support the troops that kill people everyday? Abortion is a medical procedure not shooting someone in the head like the troops do.
They banned partial birth abortions. Looks like you would do some research before even writing anything you don't know nothing about.
It comes down to this:
My Body
My Sexuality
My Uterus
My Vagina
My Morals
My Life
My Choice
Not Yours

If it was a baby then they would not call it a fetus. A fetus is not a living, breathing human being until it is born and breathing on it's own.

No, it should never be legal to kill innocent human beings, and that is exactly what every abortion does. For more information, see:

I definitely think abortion is wrong. However, Jesus also talked a lot about forgiveness and mercy. Remember when the crowd wanted to stone the woman caught in adultry. He asked them who would throw the first stone. Are you without sin? Would you be able to throw the first stone.

I think a lot of people who have abortions do so because they feel they have no other options. Many of them have immense pressure put on them from all the people from whom they would usually seek support. I think the blame for all the abortions that occur can be placed on all of us. How much has each of us done to help support pregnant women who feel they have nowhere to turn.

If you would like more information on the pressure placed on women who have abortions you should check out www.afterabortion.org and feministsforlife.org. The stories of some of the women who had abortions may help you to be grateful for the God given grace to avoid such circumstances.

I think it should be illegal. A baby is a developing human and it should not be legal to kill one. If someone gets pregnant and doesn't want the baby then they should have to carry the baby to term then give it up. No one says they have to keep the baby after birth so why don't they just maintain the pregnancy and decide what to do after the baby is born.

Even in the case of rape will killing the unborn baby ease the raped womans pain? I doubt it. And who is to say that if the man who raped the woman found out he was to be a father that he wouldn't want the baby to live. Don't fathers have rights anymore???

Ok off my soap box.

Absolutely. I personally have never had one and feel as though there is no situation that it would be the right decision for me. However, It is my decision to make, not the government. I have friends that had them and have a daughter that I believe should have the ability to make that choice for herself if need be. I also believe that you shouldn't have an abortion after your first trimester. Partial birth abortions are irresponsible. If you are going to have an abortion then you should have one immediately.

unfortunately abortion is legal, but everything we call legal is not right. Doing what is right- RIGHTEOUS- abortion is not right at any stage of pregnancy. Partial birth is horrible. But aborting a baby at any stage of development is wrong- the baby's heart is beating at 21 days after conception.

My personal opinion is.. I completely and udderly AGREE with you but, there at times when you get pregnant by being raped or something. That would be hard to live with. I don't believe in abortions at all. My best friend had one about 2 years ago and I almost lost her friendship forever because of this. I still don't believe in them.. It just depends on the situation.

Take this question to the legal section, please. We're here to talk about pregnancy, not terminating them. Besides, this topic has been beat to hell & back. Not everyone believes in the bible and you have NO right to judge others....especially if you've never been there. If you do ever get in this situation, then you can talk and write a paper about it.
