Never heard it before...but it just sounds like the person is so fatigued from work....
Picking corn is hard work and requires reaching AND a lot of bending over...guess the person is saying they have/ahd so much work it has 'overflowed' and is even coming out of the derriere

well working on a farm and harvesting crops is hard work in the hot sun all day. its an annalagy, and that mean that you give someone an example of a situation that depicks what you feel at the moment
same with "i've got work out of my ***", it mean he has so much work to do that he might as well be eating it and digesting it

Its a slang statement- It is i feel like i just ran backwards and naked through a cornfield. The corn cobs would be sticking up your ***. Its a way of saying something was really gay or saying you feel like you just got f**ked in the ***
