I went to a really nice resturant and got a salad, it had a huge moth, I had the waitress take it back and I ordered a baked potato, I opened the little cup of sour cream and a it had fork prints already in it. She offered me a free meal, yeah like I'd eat anything else there. Left starved and pissed.

How about deadliest?
I found a STAPLE in my SALAD once ,no joke. It got me a couple free meals and a bottle of wine, but I didn't go back for a while. (My gf knew the owner, so I promised to not make a scene or sue.) I should've sued though, I'd now be the proud owner of a pizza place....lol.

Pubic hair in a custard pie from an asian Canteen.
Worst in Australia so far:
A Knife in christmas pie and A razor blade from the same cake maker. Company still continues.

mushrooms with cow poo. I had to explain to the waiter how mushrooms were grown to top it off. Ya, I never looked at a salad the same again. We all got our meal free, I never went back there. The place was called the great salad buffet
