my first car was so special to me! i had a 1996 grand prix special edition, all white, with white rims! :) it had no flaws on the outside, and ran smoothly! i think i bought that car in 2002, and seeing as i had no driving experience, it was the perfect car for me to practice in before getting into something really expensive!

it only cost me like 5600, which i paid in cash for, and was very very excited! :) i went everywhere, to the grocery store for like milk, if someone needed a ride i was there! lol

but after about a year.....thats when i found out that that car was far from what it USe to BE...i had to fix sooo many things on that car!
brakes (thats expected though)
water pump (never knew it had one of those!)
2 batteries in two years! (and they were the long-lasting ones!)
and other parts as well...not to mention the electrical work!

i had wires coming down over my feet, so when i drove around, my feet got tangled up in the wires, and i would constantly disconnect something! i had water that was always in my trunk because the car had been in a fender bender before i brought it, so i could never put things in my trunk! i had a starter problem, so it took like 3 good turns of the key before its on! i had take off problems, very sluggish take off...i had one window that would get stuck down, and one time it happened when it was like below zero one night! i was sooo pissed! .......but im glad i got that experience though, i learned to save money just incase that darn car wanted to clunk out! which it did, several times!

now i own a 2001 pt cruiser...which i just had to replace the egr system, here we go! lol

Sure! My first car was an old Matador, I think it was a 1976. It was voted in the top 10 as the ugliest cars ever made. Believe it or not, I loved that car! It was old but in almost perfect condition. I paid $450.00 for it. Got it from a little old lady that was the first owner. I actually had people come up to me and offer to buy it. I finally did end up selling it because I needed the money.
