Rimmel makes an awesome eyebrow pencil which has a brush at the end of the cap. So you just use small strokes (kind of like when sketching a drawing) and then use the brush to blend. I do mine everyday because my eyebrows are lighter than my natural hair color and I like to arch them more.

Get a eye brow brush and use it with a little of eye Shadow. First damp the brush a little and dip it into the eye Shadow (that's the color of your eyebrow of-course) then start from the inner corner of your eyebrow and move outward. It'll take time believe me it's a hard skill to master. They do have eyebrow stencils out here to help the ones who don't have the natural skill.

I use an eyebrow powder that matches my eyebrow color. It has a little brush with it...then I just go over my natural brows and then add in where i feel they are a little sparce. I found that the pencil is just to harsh of a look on me.

i use an eyebrow pencil to draw mine on, use a colour that matches your natural colour, then follow your eyebrow along to where the hair is and should be! use only a light layer and they should look natural.

Go to sephora or MAC and tell them to do it.
They will fill them in for you and you can buy the product they use. They can also teach you the technique so that you don't go out and buy a product and then later not be able to do it.
