I think you may be referring to the nucleolus. Nucleoli (plural) are made of protein and ribosomal DNA (rDNA) sequences of chromosomes. The rDNA is a fundamental component since it serves as the template for transcription of the ribosomal RNA (rRNA) for inclusion in new ribosomes.

Ribosomes are made up of almost all rRNA (ribosomal RNA) this is made in the nucleus but then exported.

It could be the spliceosome. Its made up of RNA and protein and is in the nucleus.
