Go on google earth and check it out. I.ve used it in teh past to determine if addresses given are correct and legitimate. Quite handy so it is. Saved me a grand once home address given was a buisness warehouse. Southern fraudster gits! Anyhow theres a compass on google earth and you can check out neighbourhood etc.

stand in garden in morning sun rises in the east face sun south is to your right

take a compass there or look on a ordnance survey map
