Sex during pregnancy is completely healthy. However, missionary position isn't the best choice since your partner shouldn't lay fly on her back. Doing so creates pressure on certain nerves and blood vessels and limits oxygen flow to the fetus. Not to mention a big baby belly can get in the way.

The only position that you shouldn't do is the one that makes YOU uncomfortable.

Sex during a normal, healthy pregnancy is fine. It won't hurt the baby. The baby is protected very well.

Unless your doctor tells you to abstain from it, do it all you want!

As long as you have the ok from your doctor to continue having sex and you are comfortable with it there is no reason why you can't have sex. I haven't heard of it causing any damage to the baby, most of them get rocked off to sleep by it.
