no, its not true, thats the the made up conception that one person said, and many went along with and followed... true happiness will happen, but you cant go out and assume that it will knock you over the head that same day or week, it does take time, maybe even longer for certain ppl believe me..
as far as being a "lesbian" is concerned, i use to date a girl, and thought that she was my everything! and everyone told me how good of a catch she was....but she hurt me in a way that has made me not want to give anyone a chance ya know? she cheated, she lied, she didnt work, she was abusive, etc..and i thought THAT was true love! :(
so just let love come and find you okay? i thought i could find love with a "lesbian" but all i got was heartache..TWICE.....:(

Don't feel like there's no hope. I was in an unhappy marriage for many years. I finally had the guts to leave and now I have met the most wonderful incredible man (met here in Y/A-- P & S) and we are in love. It can happen but you have to be open to meeting new people and take a chance.

People just say that because they're too lazy to open their eyes and see a nice guy even if he's standing right in front of her. A gay guy is friendly around women and easy to talk to, so that's why women like gay guys. I guy that's taken is like a challenge for a single woman, so that's why women like taken guys.

No; it means you're looking in the wrong places.
A friend of mine found someone on eharmony.com.
And try new hangouts. For a whole month, don't go anywhere you've been in the last two months (except work, of course). Even go to different grocery stores.

Never give up! A good man will come your way particularly if you are a good woman and truly want a good man. My sweetheart believes that I'm a good man and is proud of me. She accepts me and loves me for who I am which is so important in a relationship and I love and accept her for who she is.

How could that possibly be true? Nobody is born married.
Well, most aren't.
