Thats great, i mean why not? Islam is the fastest growin relgion in the world speacially America so this aint suprising, you see educated, wealhty, intelligent people convert so you can say this is NOT suprsing either, im glad hes converting to ISLAM, because his brother Jermaine converted and look how much he is enjoying life, The blacks in America are becoming Muslims because they belive thier ancesters were muslims before slavery and dont want stay as they are now as this was given them by the white people, i mean the names, the toungue, culture, etc was given to them blacks through slavery so they believe they should NOT be controlled in the first place by any people, people have a right to make choice and free choice, those people who dont like this are in denial and jeleous, they cant accept it thats all, they are weak minded people, insecure, uncivilsed, not open mined ppl, they are hypocrites, they say we belive in freedom of choice then next minuite say ohhhhhh he should not have done this, its wrong, he ths and that, is that pathetic or what, if ppl make a big deal about this then they know its big and competative, another reason and eveidenc why Islam is so peaceful, so tolorent, u ppl have not studied Islam and the Koran and u ppl just follow the biased media, propaganda, who twist ur thinking and thoughts, and become weak minded, ignorant ppl, i also heard Mariah Carey is converting to Islam, those black ppl who are the minority and disagree with Micheal Jackson are weak minded, and still controlled by the whites, no human in their right mind would ever accept the names, language, way of life, thinking etc etc put upon them by another human, and blacks now are realising this, its shame some dont and are weak , but thats why they are always licking the boots of other races, to be accepted, pathetic lol.

On the one hand, it is surprising in that I always heard he was raised as a Jevovah's Witness - making becoming a Muslim pretty crazy. On the other hand, there's not much he can do to surprise me anymore.
