Good question. I've often wondered that myself. Have contemplated starting my own business in the past. Even though I possess excellent orgainzational skills and am great at delegating work to those who possess the necessary skills and qualities required for each task, I do have a tendency to be a perfectionist and therefore find myself reviewing and executing the job to my specifications. This can become time consuming. I Have realized I am going to have to learn to let go of the reigns a little more before I run myself ragged. Very hard to do.

I am a good boss. Or so I'm told. I know what has to be done and how and I show appreciation when it is done properly. I don't mind helping out if there is a problem.

No I wouldn't. Not at all. I am a follower. There are followers and leaders. I am a follower. I be be terrible at it. To be a boss you have to be organized and I am no where near there.

I would be a GREAT boss. The important thing, which isn't easy to do, is to create and environment that has a great Work-Life balance.

yes, firm in my decisions but with a relaxed state of mind. Longer breaks and lunches which also makes for a happier work environment. A designated smoking area. A daycare to cater to those with children but work hard and do a good job. Extra bonuses just because.
