How do I find a list of establishments in shopping centers in Las Vegas?

I need to send a letter out for work. I am looking for a list of all establishments located within certain shopping centers, like Boca Park and the Green Vallet District.

That would be a LONG list. Shopping here is a major tourist attraction and full fledged sport.

Need to limit the area or the type of shopping.

Boca is a "district" with a lot of strip centers scattered over several blocks.
The Green valley "district" is on the other side of the Valley and has "The District" next to and around green valley resort.

It would help if you gave an indication of where they will be staying.

I like that guys answered this question.... but it's true it depends on the shopping you plan to do. If you want high end then there's the Forum shops at Caesars or Miracle Mile at Planet Hollywood. Las Vegas has your typical malls, but the Fashion Show actually isn't too bad. Sure they have Neiman's and Sak's, but they have a lot more stores as well. The outlets have already been mentioned - One at the end of the Strip and the one closer to downtown off the I-95. However, I think for the best overall shopping experience you should hit Town Square. There's H&M, Express, VS, Sephora and even Old Navy as well as some nice places to eat or have a cocktail. It makes for a very nice day of shopping. Check it out online for a directory of shops. It's also very close to the Las Vegas Outlet at the end of the strip if you want to make two stops. Good Luck!
