Sure there are tough decisions out there, but someone has to make them. I mean how many people could do the job as well as President Bush does? Someone needs to be the decider.

How can you say he is doing what is best for the country? The Bush administration has completely destroyed our relationships with the rest of the world. We are hated by a majority of countries because of this man and his cronies. We entered a war that is totally unjustified. He said that there were WMD's and there weren't. Now it's a complete mess and our troops are getting killed by the thousands. That's really great for the country, huh. Hmm. What other good things has Bush done. He appointed a guy with no experience (his last job was something like raising Arabian horses) to the head of FEMA. And what happened? The worst hurricane in the history of the USA hits New Orleans and this guy is standing around with his thumb up a@!. There was no federal assistance until we had dead bodies floating in the water. Way to go George Bush! Keep doing what's best for America!

I don't know what's scarier, having George Bush as president or having fellow citizens that voted for him.

He DID help many Latin American countries when he was young, he gave a lot of money to poor Columbian drug farmers. But in the last few years, he's helped Saudi Arabia, which is classified as an absolute monarchy, doesn't seem to "free" to me. I am ashamed to share the avatar of the person above me in this question. How many people could do his job? Very few. It must be hard to spend all that time in Texas. I sure would snap after a few days, I'd miss corneti, frappe (not the ice cream drink, it's a pastry) and real pizza too much. Oh, and I'd miss common sense. America is such a funny place...

It's called Bush Derangment Syndrome. The unexplained irrational behavior due to the mention and the very existence of the Presidency of George W Bush.

The non stop slander and downright disrespect for prez Bush
is a national shame. I would bet this, say we removed the rules of engagement and kicked *** in Iraq well, he would be criticized for that. The neolib anti americans will be the death of us yet, only when every other chick dresse's like rosie odonnell , and the other half marry black guys, only when we are overrun by the misguided mooselemms, and red green & white is the new national colors
will the self hating left be satisfied.

Some people have a pathological hatred of President Bush. There is no reason for it. I don't know of anyone who could have done as well as Bush has the past 6 years. Certainly not Gore or Kerry.

Who's country? Not mine? This is the most misguided president in the last 50 years and history will not be kind to him. He is nothing but a puppet pandering to a powerful religious right and ultra wealthy oil tycoons.

I don't think there's any question that he's doing what he feels is best. However, I think that the issue starts when discussing who the beneficiaries are. Personally, I feel that he's acting in the best interests of himself and his associates rather than that of the country.
