I think that people a long time ago were crazy. ''Why judge people for their color of skin, wip them if they do not do as you, 'master', and not let them use the same bathroom as you? Just becase they are black or hispanic.'' I think that was wrong.Do you?

People base judgments off many things when trying to figure out a person. Some may judge clothes, type of job, weight, sexual preference and, yes, color. I don't necessarily think it's a good or bad thing. I just hope when judging, people are smart enough to realize when their judgments are erroneous.

It all stems from the white man wanting power, money and control over other men, women and children. Sex and money fueled fears back then. The white men were afraid the black man were better at sex and they would lose their women. The only way they could keep them down was by not allowing them education. White men today are not like that at all. They are confident in their own worth and respect other men and women of all races.

yep it is wrong. but it's not about color in most cases it's actually about money. there was a white slave trade in america during the same time that the tribes were selling their enemy to slave dealers. there is still slavery in the world. though it isn't widely accepted or even acknowledged it is still there. my most sincere hope is that it can be ended for all time though it has existed since the beginning of time.

yep. most definitely. I think today we have a hard time understanding how that ever happened. I don't get it. Humans are humans, we all look a little different, but the human traits are all quite obvious. How did we ever make such a horrific choice to separate a species by color? It's ridiculous.

Yep it's wrong. But unfortunately it's human nature. Human beings seem to always find something they don't like to argue or fight about. If there are no religion or race, this world would be a better place. Then again, people will find other things to fight about anyway. Sad :(

hell yea i am tired of hearing that we are all stupid, loud, and etc.
i am smart and quiet. i dont have 'ghetto' name, it is sarah, i am skinny, i am nice, i dont have a attitude problem and etc.

Yes, it was wrong, therefore, they are not slaves anymore. However, there are still people who would think it was right.
