Are you serious??im not sure, but if you are , then yes id tell the police, and avoid eating at the chinese for the time being!!

in the winter time the Chinese think that a cat or animal that is like a cat will fortify they body against the cold weather. so they will feel warmer in winter.
so in the winter time they eat these kind of animals. i keep my dog inside when it cold and when its not.
where are you located? is the weather cold there?
did he kill it and skin it or just kill it as it as a nuisance?

Yes tell the police AND health inspectors as he may have killed them to use in his take away! I know that they eat cats (amoungst many other animals) in china. Why would you want to? Cats are pets! = (

Unfortunately chinese food often contains cat...always has done, always will. I don't think the police will do anything about it...
