I have given many interveus ? but still i am not getting the job . i am very depressed? i feel because of my short hiegt i dont get the job. every one keep abusing me. i dont like people who keeps pinpionting holes in anther coat. as i am introvert i feel no one notice introverts achievements very quickly . extroverts are able to drag attention to themselves because of their talkative nature . now see to rakhi sawant only. i think its good to be extrovert.i have many problms in my life . i know its not good to keep talking about urself. its important to give importance to other to gain importance.
i myself want to live for thousand of people and help them but i dont know how . i am not able to help myself only.

nope its not about ur height,those that are not offering u the job,refuse to because they seem not ready to help u.remember u are a special person,there is always someone out there who is ready to give u one,keep on trying.dont give up now.

Hey relax Deepthi! Good that u've come out with ur problem. Be more confident. If u appear for an interview be first to answer n always be ready to be a volunteer. No matter who notices or teases u.
Be straight in answering. If u don't know... say that u will be willing to learn about this.

Employers can sense insecurity and a lack of confidence. This causes concern about how you can handle stress and how well you work with others. Its great that you want to help people and know that you shouldn't always talk about yourself, but you're forgetting thats what an interview is...talking about yourself. You have to go in confident and prepared to sell yourself to those people. It may sound insensitive, but your skills and ability to do the job are products that you are trying to get those folks to buy. Get a real extroverted friend and have them practice typical interview questions with you. And also, toughen up!
