I like country music mostly so I really don't prefer to sing a nursery rhyme but I wouldn't mind even those as some suggestions?? Help. Please and thank you.

My son responded to hymns like 'Lord of the Dance', lol. But no matter what, if you sing it continuously you'll get really, really bored. Why not sing country songs? My husband used to sing his niece to sleep with "I Got Friends (In Low Places)".

Some nursery rhymes aren't that bad, but most do get stuck in your head. You can usually find compilation cd's at stores, sometimes ones that are for babies. If that isn't your thing, maybe you could try classical music, it's great for naps and bedtime and it's supposed to make children smarter.

You like country music and there are sooooo many love songs that would be appropriate for sure! Pick your favourite. I like "Blackbird" , I know it is not country necessarily, but it is not a nursery rhyme

Hi there, I have a three month old son and he loves it when I sing to him. My best suggestion to you is you try lots of songs and when you see their face light up with a big smile you will know that you have picked the right one. Good Luck :)

I like to sing "Good Morning to You" to the tune of Happy Birthday to my daughter when I go in to get her out of the crib in the morning. Now she eagerly awaits for me to start singing and laughs and giggles with me!
