A lot of data entry - particularily numeric, so knowing ten key by touch is highly desirable. You will also be using adding machines a lot, and again, ten key is critical. You will also be preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements; handling payroll; and of course, everything related to taxes.

Virtually all business career paths involve heavy computer use today. The keyboard is only part of the tool-set.
"Keyboarding" jobs such as data entry are very low-level low-paying jobs with little or no career progression options.
