Use "disc defragmenter" to clear out excess junk....first do the analyze then defragment all bits and pieces......good luck

First of all I would download Zone Alarm (anti virus program) and then run the anti virus and then use the cache cleaner located under the privacy tab on the left. This will eliminate any spyware/virus which can hinder your computers speed. or anyother anti-virus prgram will do

If that dosent work you could upgrade your RAM

put it in your car and drive real fast to the computer store
