You can open Volume Control and there may be EQ there. Or, if there's integrated audio on the computer, there may be audio controls for it that has EQ. Also, if you're listening to music through a media player, they often have EQ settings within the player.

Hope you have nice, big speakers (preferably a discrete subwoofer with midrange speakers - 2.1 or surround), because even if you increase bass settings in the EQ, it won't sound good (it may even distort and clip) with tiny speakers.
