Body language says alot, you dont have to say anything or even touch him. Stand close to him, make eye contact when you can. Smile alot. Stuff like that generally works.

Rather than over-thinking it (like I used to do), I just flat out tell people when I like them now. I don't get rejected nearly as often as I thought I would and I doubt most people would. It makes things so much easier... so just bite the bullet and speak up!
