Superstring theory assumes that the ultimate building blocks of nature consist of tiny vibrating stings. If correct, this means that the protons and neutrons in all matter, everything from our bodies to the farthest star, are ultimately made up of strings. Nobody has seen these strings because they are much too small to be observed.

They are about 100 billion billion times smaller that a proton.

So they are saying is that matter consists of particles that are different modes of vibration of the string. Like have notes G and F on a piano.

Super string material? Are you talking about string theory? String theory is a very complex theory trying to bring quantum mechanics and general relativity together. The string comes from I think everything being connect by strings(energy strings). You may want to visit your library or book store to get more information. I also think super string material may have some relation to Star Trek but may have less credibility there then with string theory.

Are you talking about super string theory or the material they use in rockets? A little detail would help.

Super strings are one dimensional looped strings.
They are supposed to vibrate and produce the essence of the universe.
We live in a quantum universe and super strings could not be quantized so the theory is wrong.

I assume that you are referring to the elementary particles within 'superstring' theory. If you are, then your question is not permissible! If a 'string' was formed of any other material, then it wouldn't be a fundamental particle! 'Strings' are formed of string-material!

There are 2, `Open` + `Closed` string theories.`Bosons` have the ability to transmit force, while the `Fermions` particles make matter `Super-string theories` 5 are known to date.

It all depends on the useage.

You're probably thinking Kevlar, but it's not the best for everything.
