I hope you're right.
If she and Howie Boy weren't married - and especially if he's not the baby's daddyboy, then he really has *NO* legal standing. Her next-of-kin is her baby, with mom right behind. If Howie Boy is without standing, since the baby is obviously not able to choose, then mom becomes next decider.
I think Howie is involved in the deaths, too ... but that goes with a different Y!A question.

No. The judge will order the body be cut into two equal sized pieces. One part will be buried in the Bahamas (perhaps the bottom half) and the other part will be buried in Texas (maybe the top half). Its only fair.

well I hope you are wrong and she can be buried were she chose to and be with her son that's what she wanted. and she hated her mother for some reason so never mind what you think I hope the judge has better sense than you.
