Well, if you can't reformat it, the best you can probably do is to just delete everything. It won't be completely clean, though.

You can reformat your computer, by following these instructions.
Here is how to do a "system recovery" on a your computer. I have done this 3 times, and when you are finished, your computer will look just like the day you bought it. Mine came with xp already loaded on my computer. Click on start-programs-PC Help & Tools-then click on system recovery. A window will popup and say, are you sure you want to continue, click yes. That will wipe everything off of your computer, so if you want to save anything, do it before you start. The operating system (XP) will still be on your computer. When you are finished, click control panel, and activate windows firewall. Next, run windows updates (express mode) Now install your security programs, so it is safe to go online. Your antivirus (update) antispyware (update).This works great, and all you need to do is to put the programs back, that you want..You also can start this program, by tapping the F-10 key, as your computer is booting up..Good Luck..
