I was just watching the episode of Martin when he takes off his wedding ring to see "if he still has it" and loses the ring. Answer one or all of my questions...
Do you ever take off your ring.. why?

I take off my ring only when working with harsh chemicals IE: hair color, cleaning products
My husband takes his off at work because it is a danger to him
I would cry if I lost my rings, I cried the first time my husband lost his.
Our rings are ordinary rings. Nothing too flashy.
Sure they hold alot of sentiment. But the rings are secondary to the hearts bound together. They are a Symbol of unending love and commitment. But they are still just a symbol. They unlike the one you marry are replaceable.

I might take off my ring when I am cooking something that I have to get my hands in - but after wards i put it right back on.
Spouse doesn't take his off.
I would be devastated if I lost my ring and the same with my spouse (even though mine is worth more)
No it is not customed made or engraved

1. Yes, I take my wedding ring and engagement ring off when I am in the shower only because they fall off if I do not... Other than that no i do not and I never leave the house without my rings.
2. No, he doesnt take his ring off.
3. If I ever lost my ring I would be devastated, these rings symbolize our love and loosing it would feel like I lost aprt of the relationship...
4. I would be mad lol
5. No wish it was engraved though....

Yes - I take my ring off when I work out as well as before going to bed. When I work out, it pinches my finger. I can't sleep with jewelry on.
My wife only takes her ring off if she's putting her hand in some sort of chemical (bleach, etc). And other than that, it stays on her finger. Why? Because it's valuable.
I'd be upset if I lost my ring, however, I know where it is at all times. Same for my wife.
It isn't engraved, but the inside does say "Titanium" if that counts

I would be devastated, but I would also try to remember that it is just a symbol. (for both me and my spouse)
No, but I wish I had it engraved with our wedding date. I can never remember it.

Only when washing or working. Rings have a habit of getting caught on things and being a mechanic there is a lot to get caught on. Yes they both are engraved and custom. If either of us lost them we would be heart broke.

i take off my ring at night coz i lost alot of weight and i dont want to lose it. wear it everyday with another ring to keep it in my finger. my hubby stopped wearing his this year and i dont want to question it. it's engraved with the date of our wedding and his name on my ring and my name on his ring. i will be so sad if i lost my ring, it's the symbol of my entering a new life with my husband a long long time ago.

I took off my engagement ring because my hand started to swell,because of a allergic food reaction.I would feel sick if i lost that ring. BUT remember its only a ring your more important. i would be sad if my man lost his ring. MY ring says ever yours in side
