A few degrees warmer all over. No polar ice caps.
No Polar Bears, Orang Utan, Pandas, Penguins, etc.
Millions more people starving to deaths.
Cures found for Cancer & many other diseases - meaning people living longer & adding to the already too large world population.

I don't know. Better, safer, and healthier than it is now, I hope. That would be for my grandchildren's sakes since in fifty years I would be 109! I wouldn't really give a rip if I lived to be that old.
