Hi there.
Apparently what 3 people are saying is definitely true, you cannot use other networks with their phones, altough you mention you have already unlocked yours....Are you sure of this? Therefore, i suggest you get either a new sim card (T-mobile and O2 are giving some away for free on the internet as we speak) because yours might be too worn, after all, they only last for a year or so...And also, it might not be a bad idea to make sure your mobile has been succesfully unlocked.
As i was trying to say, 3 mobiles are definitely locked to all other networks due to the technology they use..quite a bummer for people that like switching networks without changing mobiles too, but i gess that means more money for them...we'll see about that ;)
You could always keep your mobile number, if that is what is bothering you, just ask your new network provider..have you tried Orange? they have good deals, and all of their phones are subject to unlocking processes....
Lastly, the ACTUAL answer to your question, sorry i took long:
No, you can never unlock sim cards, not from anywhere around the world...maybe that's the reason why sim cards are so cheap?
I hope you get your mobile working. Cheers!

Sorry I don't think there's a way of doing that.
On the mobile phone you want to use, does it have the 3 logo at the bottom as some phones with the networks logo will only work with the sim that came with the phone.
It's strange because I'm with Orange and I've switched phone recently and I just put my sim card straight in my phone and it works. Maybe its because I'm on pay as you go? Good luck anyway.

Depends. 3 tell you that it won't work but technically it would work as 3 goes from 3g to 2.5g when there is no video coverage, so technically you could use a non 3 phone but 3 don't like that and could bar your sim card all together.

Okay, so on the right side of an iPhone there should be a small noticeable area with a small hole next to it. You then take apart a paperclip and use one of the ends to stick into the small hole. Then the sim card should pop out and can be replaced.

If its a contract then you will not be able to unlock it until your contract ends. and the only people who can unlock it is 3.
