you have skinny heels. buy new shoes. the type you are wearing are not meant for your feet.
i have the same problem.
i also have a really high arch which makes it even more difficult finding cute shoes that FIT.
you could try getting a smaller size and have the toe part stretched.

First, buy shoes that actually fit...Try them on in the late afternoon or evening when your feet are the largest. (they DO swell up during a day of running around...) Then, if you have problems once they're broken-in, get some heel-grips and insoles from the drug store for them.

Your problem is that your feet are sliding forward in your shoes. I have the same problem. Buy Dr. Scholl's instep pads - they're sold at discount retailers and drug stores. They fit kinda under your toes but nearer to your instep so your feet won't slide and cause your heels to slip off the back of your feet. HTH! :)

If they slip up and down your feet they are too large, buy one or half size smaller, or pad the the toes of the ones you have with wool etc if it don't show.

Well, the shoes can have your size, but sizes can differ, also the shoe can be too wide. Another thing is if you sweat, then you should try spray that prevents your feed from sweating. You can also try silicon pads that will improve your grip inside the shoes.

You can get this great product called Petals at most shoe stores and department stores. My sister got hers at Nordstrom and wore them to my wedding and they didn't slip at all.

If they fit you properly they won't do that. There are all sorts of inserts sold in drug stores to put in your shoes to adjust the fit.
