I know that eating deli meats is a risk due to listeria, and I am guilty that I have eaten Vietnamese pork meat and pate..I'm 4 mos, is this going to be a problem? I'm not going to eat it again now that I know...but I'm afraid that it will hurt the baby.

here's another concern...that can be a little gross, but I need to know...
I have discharge in my stool and in my rectum...is this normal? my dr. appt is in 4 weeks, I forgot to ask at my last appt.

Tell your doctor your concerns and the doctor can test for it. The risk is relatively low and some doctors do not concern themselves with it so you may have to insist if you are that worried. I believe if you did test positive they would give you medications. I wouldnt wait until giving borth, it is a serious condition

Never heard of the deli meat thing, but there is so many foods that are bad period, but I'd say yes, the baby would be fine!!!!! As of the stool question, not sure what that could mean. It may not mean anything, unless it continues! If it continues, call the dr. and ask them by phone! But if it is a one time thing you saw, I would not worry! Best wishes!
