I hope someone would do that for me if I ever lose my hands.

I had surgery on my left hand and my ex husband bathed me, washed my hair, and took care of me. He asked if I needed any more help, but I said NO.
Even in a drug-induced funk, I could not imagine having someone do that.
(the doctor wanted to do carpal tunnel surgery on both of my hands at the same time... the first thing I thought of was your question... he said that he wouldn't mind... that was so sweet.)

I would do it for any of my family members. My husband and family would do it for me (I hope!)
