I was fine up until about five days ago, then I started getting horrible pains in my stomach, (up high, like the actual organ, not my uterus), I feel weak (I am taking my prenatal),and just off.

I dont have a fever.

I cant really discribe how i feel.. just, crappy. It started after I started taking walks every day. I walk maybe 1-5 miles and feel SOOO good while walking, and then get home and feel SOOO horrible.

Iam breast feeding, I get a good nights sleep every night, And I do eat pretty crappily. I have issues feeding myself. I just dont know what to eat. Usually I just eat some nuts and cereal all day.

Is it possible my body is just depleated from the breast feeding and walking and just not getting enough fluids and good foods?

Well you really should not have been walking so soon after the baby was born and yes you need to be eating a lot more than cereal and nuts because the baby needs the nutritional benefits from it. Not only that the baby pulls a lot out of you breastfeeding. You need to lay off the walking a couple days, eat a good balanced meal. You need to be eating a veggie fruit meat whole wheat bread and yes a little snack to go with that. Cereal and nuts is a very poor unbalanced meal.

I am not trying to get onto you, I am just saying you need to be eating more food, even if you weren't breastfeeding, but sense you are you especially need to eat right.

I feel quite certain if you would eat better you would feel better. The spotting you were talking about is probably your normal period that comes after the initial bleeding you have from having the baby.

Whoa!!
Slow down for starters!
Food is the fuel that keeps us going and you are not getting enough, especially if you are breastfeeding, you need to eat something for breakfast, a mid morning snack, lunch, mid afternoon snack, supper, and a small snack before bed wouldn't hurt.
I'm not talking about massive meals, but something so your body has something to work on all day long. Fruit is fine as a snack, but try to get some good protein in and don't forget your fluids.
Your body is working so hard at the moment, feed it and it will work well, starve it and you will feel the effects.
Walking is fantastic exercise, but a small marathon every day is not going to help the way you feel, I understand about the buzz when you are actually walking, but your body is knackered and this is why you feel so rough at the moment.
Eat plenty, limit walking to an hour a day for the moment, just until you start to feel good again.

Of course as always, discuss this with your doc, but from my own experience I can add that eating well was vital for me during breast feeding. Maybe you just don't have the right kind of energy to handle the breast feeding and the excersise. You need to get a balance of all your food groups - eat lots of fruit and vegies, protien at two of your three meals a day for energy and if you need help in putting together balanced meals try a nutritionalist you'll have to do it sooner or later for your child anyway! I hope you feel better soon - breast feeding is hard enough without added health issues.

You know those hormones that liked to party in your body during pregnancy? Well, they haven't left you alone yet. That could be one reason you feel bad, but you said you don't eat particularly well...you need more than cereal ands nuts. You need to eat whatever you can, try some steaks for iron, assuming you aren't vegetarian, you should have chicken for protein,m that kind of thing.
Have jacket potato with cheese, just make sure you eat something more than cereal and nuts.

It is possible that your body is depleted, but it is common to feel the way you described even with a full well balanced...I think it's called the 6 week blues.

You actually remind me of myself, each week, I would feel awful, and set off to the health visitor with every intention of telling her how awful I felt, but by the time I had walked there, I felt great and forgotten what I wanted to talk about.
But when I got home, I'd feel down and icky and just not like my self.
Try boosting your food intake, but have a chat with your doctor about it too.

You are not eating enough to keep yourself and the baby healthy. If you have issues then see a therapist.
