everyone get their tooth brush wet before you put on the toothpaste? what is your routine?

wet the toothbrush, put on the paste, wet the paste then brush. no spitting till I am done, then gargle with Crest whitening.

Rinse my mouth out, wet the toothbrush, put toothpaste on the toothbrush, run water over the toothpaste then brush my teeth.

I wet it and then put the toothpaste on, because if I put toothpaste on first and then wet it the toothpaste will just come off.

I don't...I put toothpaste onto a dry toothbrush. It has never occurred to me to wet the toothbrush first.
