Details regarding lawsuit for 10-year old who wanted to wear a "Jesus" costume to school.?

I'm trying to find details regarding the lawsuit that has been filed on behalf of a 10-year old boy who was told he could not wear a "Jesus" costume to school last Halloween.

I personally feel that this is wrong. If i can send my daughter as a witch, the devil, or harry potter, I feel that I should be able to send her as Jesus if that is who she wanted to be. People need to stop being so sensitive all the time.

If you can dress as a witch ro the devil you should be able to dress as jesus.

Witches are just another name for wiccans witch is a religon, the devil is part of religons as well.

I dont read the bible, Im not even sure If i totaly belive in good but they cant tell one child they can dress up in a way that has to do with religon and tell another they can not.

People make a big deal of this all the time you can dress up as a devil,a witch or watever the heck u wanna dress up as just beacuse its religon it doesn't mean u can't dress up as jesus. People can't tell one child they can't and another they can that just isn't right.

He can wear a Jesus costume to a Catholic school if he wants, but not to our public schools.
