There are many good, solid, healthy answers already to this question. I just want to add that it's important to note what the leak is on TOP of... if the leak is on bare concrete, no moisture, possibly the antifreeze. same really goes for asphalt... but if the leak is landing on an old oil stain, than it is something watery or water-based, be it antifreeze, condensation from an Air Conditioner (if you use the defrost in winter you still are running the AC) or similar. As suggested earlier, get a sheet of cardboard under it and we can isolate this.

A rainbow could be any combination of fluids. Is it basically clear? Which end or part of the car is it leaking from. Could be something as simple as condensation dripping down and collecting greases on it's way or could be more serious. Check your fluid levels not only for level but how they look. Radiator and oils if they look milky are somehow getting water or oil in them. best if you look around and look for evidence of a leak.

The rainbow might be from oil and water. If you think it's coming from your car put a piece of cardboard under the area next time you're done driving. If a spot forms on top you can track which fluid u r leaking.

Gas or oil on water will give a rainbow effect. It could be that. Transmission fluid will be a red or brownish red color.

It's either oil or gas. When one of those two come in contact with water, they give off a rainbow-like appearance. Try smelling it. You'll be able to determine what it is by smell.

its nothing to go crazy over but its always better to get it checked. Better to be safe than sorry.
