the same way you would write any resume.....

You would focus on positions held within the company, and more importantly, you'd focus on accomplishmens with approximate dates, leadership roles, projects, etc. Companies will want to see how you helped the company succeed during that entire time you were there. Since there won't be much on your resume in terms of experience (there will be just one company), it will be packed with accomplishments, rewards, and positions held. And each position will be separate items. Each position will have a different role and you have to adequately identify each one with time spent in the position (example: march 2002 - June 2004)

You could put your previous jobs before the twenty year one, the activities you do outside of work, a few great letters of recommendation might help, you could list church activities, such as the choir or membership in clubs you've been involved in....people just want to see that you've been dedicated to things and they want to see a well rounded individual.

in the previous work section i would just put the company name and then 20 years. and then i would just put how long for other jobs to.

just list alll all of the skills that you have and go in detail into your job description ( your everyday tasks, overall,e tc)
