i just recently had to get paypal for my job and i was sent $100 by my employer and i told it to transfer to funds to my checking acoount, now it says next to the withdraw "compleated" and there is still no money in my account! please explain.

It takes a few days to complete the transfer to your bank - maybe 3 to 5 days.

It takes up to 5 business days for the money to be transfered to your checking account.
I would suggest upgrading your account to a Business account and getting the Business Master Card that is linked to your account - then you can use an ATM to withdraw the money directly from your PayPal account.
