I usually worry too much about the Future....i know i shouldnt but i cant help but worry..I really need to take one day at a time....So, pray for me..

One day at a time! I tend to learn from my past, live for the present and anticipate the future without putting too much thought into it. I can't live in the past or the future so choose today!

I'd love to take each day at a time (doesn't it sound spontaneus?) but I probably look to the future as well. I think that every-one does a combination of both, to different degrees, and doubt that there is any "right" to get.

I look at the future when it comes to relationship and financial things, but I do take it one day at a time when it comes to problems, projects, deadlines, etc. seems it would be overwhelming if you didn't. I guess it goes both ways doesn't it?
