Well you're not old enough to go to the bars..well legally..so...try this out. Get a hook up for some alcohol and/or drugs (i'm sure you have some, and although I don't do much of either anymore...at 20 I did.)..get some friends..chip in for two hotel rooms that are connected..and throw a huge bash..with drinks for everyone...maybe some snacks..just go buck wild..and of course..leave a nice tip for the cleaning ladies in the morning. Hell if you can get a band do it..not to mention if its at ahotel that doesn't have a lot of swanky customers, they won't mind the noise..hell i threw mine at a 5 star hotel..and they didn't care cus I reserved two rooms and tipped well.

Make a time capsule for yourself.
Write a letter to yourself to be opened in 10 years. Write down your goals, ambitions, current events and your opinion of them. You could put pictures, CD's etc. Put a newspaper (put it in a bag w/no air) in it, or make a tape from the local news.
Put all of this stuff into a fireproof safe with a lock, and don't open it until you are 30.

Lets face the facts you cant go to a casino, go to a adult club, or get drunk till your 21. find a nice strip club and wild out or throw a party.

first of all...happy b-day:*...second...do something that uh allways wanted to do......a huge party with all ure friends...a small outside party with close friends...or a picnic with ure mate....do something that will make uh special
