Wrong section...
But they have about as good a shot as the Broncos... which isn't good at all.
The reason that Denver won't be able to win with those guys is that K-Mart and Camby are neglible offensively, and while their defense is phenomenal, quicker teams like the Suns and Mavericks can negate that by getting them into foul trouble or taking the outside shot.
Carmello isn't a great defender yet, and is oftentimes too volatile. If he can mature, he can be one of the best in the NBA. Iverson is a great defender, but undersized as a SG and players like Kobe Bryant (and other long gaurds) easily take advantage of that.
If they want to win they need what every contender needs, a dominant low post SCORING big man. The Suns have Stoudamire, the Mavs have Nowitski, the Rockets have Yao (when healthy) and Mutumbo, the Jazz have Boozer and Okur, the Heat have Shaq and Mourning, and so on. The only reason the Pistons were able to win with a defensive big man was that they had three to four scoring options on the court at all times, and the Nuggets don't have that.
They are, however, one scoring gaurd away from being an elite Western Conference team.

Absolutely! Management just has to let the team gel together for awhile and quit shuffling the team up all the time. I would take back Boykins for Blake right now. Blake is good, but they said they wanted a true passing point guard, which he is, but Boykins was a good passer and a scorer. I feel bad for AI, you can see the frustration in his face and the disappointment with losing. But I hope he keeps his head up and just keeps balling the way he knows how. They have the talent, they just need to focus on good team play, the way they often seem to play for 3 quarters then just abandon it in the 4th quarter. Go Nugs!

i hope so cuz i'd definitely feel bad for a.i. if he doesn't win a championship. he's been carrying the sixers on his back for quite some time and they still didn't win a championship with him. well, the nuggets need kyle korver and andre iguodala from the sixers, lol. i miss the good old days when allen iverson was with the sixers. all they needed was a better coach.

Kobe stated so himself: Denver is a song group. they're a bunch of speedsters crammed to the brim with speedy adult adult males that stay for the fast wreck. they're a collection that in the event that they dictate the p.c.. as against the purported, eventual Western convention winner in Thunder, that should aim OKC. returned on condition that they play to their speed ball variety.

I don't think they have the D to handle Peyton and the Colts offense. Plus 5 against 11? No chance.
