Mine has to be "onliest". I don't know why, but it just tickles me. (For interlopers, "only" is already a superlative, it doesn't require a superlative suffix). I imagine they're deriving it from "lonely".

sit.. they tend to slur it!!! sounds bad but its just super funny to hear my neice to tell the dog to sit!

My son would always say, Huksy (Husky), Muksy (for Musky fish), Bickset (Bisquit) and Backset (Basket). That always tickles me when he'd say them!

there's quite a few i enjoy just saying aloud:
it's not a toy! my oldest son's tryant about us playing with his flashlight.
chochit mik. aka chocolate milk.
bibence, my son vincent's name according to his sister, bella, who calls herself "beya"
and of course, wuv you!
