Yes, as long as the Penguin has a Power of Attorney, notarized and witnessed by at least two other Penguins. Traditionally, a feast of pickled Herring and tuna on crackers would immediately follow. Most small Penguins look forward to their baptism their whole lives.

It is legal to baptize penguins in all states and 93 countries. It is illegal in Saudi Arabia, Iran, and on the island of Pago Pago.
