Good Lord, man. I can only read so much of a paragraph with no punctuation or capital letters before I give up. If you want to be taken seriously, learn to write properly.

If what you say here can be validated, mainly that
1) You are a presently enrolled student
2) You had a student ID or identification with you at the work out room.
3) This workout area was not off limits to most students such as the football teams work out room.

If you met these, I'd get a powerful law firm right now...................

Well you said that you went to the college to better yourself by working out. You never said anything about being a student in that college, therefore having the right to be working out. If you're not a student there, and not actually getting an education how can what happened to you be discrimination. It sounded like you were trespassing, so just deal with it.

Well if you are a student at this College then you need to present them with your student ID card .
Then if they still persist go to the administration office and file a complaint against them. Or go to the dean of the school, and see tell him that the local police are harassing you when you go to work out.
BUT it you are not a student at that school your traspassing and can be arrested.

It is been years since I heard the term "fuzz", maybe decades.

You should carry your student ID.
