This happens mostly when spring comes, but sometimes in autumn too. I wake up, then I get very hot and sweaty for 20-30 minutes. It's been happening for 3-4 years, and it's not menopause. Asked one dr. and no answer was forthcoming, and I figure it's not important, just annoying.

It also happens to me and its not menapause it's
something in the change of weather. My doc. says.

You might just be very sensitive to the new season coming. Animals have very keen senses and they also do various things when differnt seasons approach
