Well let's say 2 of the sides (a and b) are 10 each and 2 of the sides (c and d) are 5 each. THat would give you a perimeter of 30. now if you double all of those sides
a - 10 now is 20
b - 10 now is 20
c - 5 now is 10
d - 5 now is 10
Add all those up and you get 60...so the answer is D, 60cm.

permit length of rectangle = l width of rectangle = b perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b) = 30cm (given) now length and width are doubled new perimeter = 2(2l+2b) =2*2(l+b) = 2*30=60 so answer is determination D

Doubled in what? Perimeter? Area?
If you mean area, that's pretty hard, I guess.
5x10=50, perimeter 30. If area increases, it will be 100.
4x11=44, perimeter 30. If area doubles, it will be 88.
So I'm gonna guess you mean Perimeter, it will be 60? D.
