why do koalas always look drunk ?

is it true that the're always pissed on gum leaves

They look drunk because the eucalyptus leaves they eat are very low in energy and to conserve energy they sleep all the time. So basically they are sleepy with no energy.

They do look "drunk", but they are proberly sleepy because they sleep for most of the day.

Because they are !! You just dont see them sneaking down to the pub for a pint or six !!
