What miscarriage of justice especially with the judge. What a shame of American sick men. You ladies have done a poor job of raising them, huh? Here they screwed away on a dying woman, sick!

I agree,It is the sickest thing going on the tube. The one who wins custody of the body will "sell" the rights to film the funeral to the highest bidder. Disgust in the highest measure. Sounds like the mother(dog) and dad(dog) that started a fight at my sons funeral. May they all Pay dearly before they burn in hell.

Do you really think they care.They should maybe care more about what happened to her. Its kinda odd. Why would a doctor prescribe her or her son methadone.Thats like legal heroin. Also how about the video of her all F%^Ked up at halloween. 8 weeks before having her kid.Didnt that howard care about the well being of the kid,if it is his, or was he just trying to manipulate her more. Did he do the drugs with her? Did they test him for drugs when they found her ? Police always look over the REAL evidence.It could be also that they dont give a S*^&t either. If the two of them were so close also, why didnt theey get more than two plots? Being as they were having a family together.

The attorneys are just doing what they are being paid for. The real sad case is the judge involved. Just make a ruling already!! I'm so tired of the whole ANS thing, we need to move on to REAL news like whether Britney Spears will stay more than a day in her third rehab attempt in a week.... NOT!!

The judge and the lawyers are doing their jobs. The body should go to the mom and no one else. Those aside from mom who seek the body are the money hungry ones.

they're lawyers! If there is a buck to be made they will be there. 99.99% of the lawyers make a bad name for the remaining 0.01% of the good ones.
