NO WAY. It causes allergy because of egg & chocolate & will ruin baby's teeth. If you want to give, at least wait after 12 months.
Don't custom sugar or sweets in your baby meal. There's nothing good, just disadvantage! If you put this on infant menu as his eating habit, infant will tend to have sweets rather than real healthy food. It will also lead to body overweight in the future.
You could offer a small amount of sweets to taste occasionally, e.g. at B-Day party

I wouldn't feed raw eggs to a baby under 1 and I do eat raw eggs. Also chocolate is generally not recommended for babies under 1.
That being said if you really want to make mousse and like me find it hard to have food and not share because baby is used to eating off your plate try using the eggs in cartons, they are pasteurized. I have used the egg whites with great results, I've never tried the whole egg ones. The rule is no egg whites under a year or nine months. However none of these rules are universal. And I would point out that almost all teething bicuits, baby biscuits and bread contain eggs including the whites and many contain dairy.
There is also a way to pasteurize eggs in a microwave, but i have never tried.
However you are mom and you know what's best for your family. I feed my son lots of things you aren't supposed to, like strawberries, pineapple, etc

i wouldn't if there's an uncooked or undercooked egg in it! food poisoning is really dangerous for a baby. otherwise, i don't see anything wrong with giving him or her a taste of it. my chocolate mousse recipe doesn't have egg in it. it does, however, have a good deal of cream in it (which babies aren't supposed to have before they're one). however, i do give my 10 month old daughter "tastes" of sweet food like mousse, cheesecake, chocolate cake, etc. and by taste i mean a couple of spoonfuls. i think in moderation, it's perfectly okay.

I wouldnt give chocolate to an 8 month old baby. My mother in law fed my daughter chocolate pudding when she was around that age and my daughter stayed awake for hours longer than she should have and got pretty cranky. I think it was from the caffiene in chocolate.

You will get many opinions one way or another. I would say go by what his digestive system does. If he spits up a lot, then I would not do this. Also chocalate works like a laxative, so it may cause baby to get diarrhea. Most doctors do not recommend that kind of food until they are a year or a little older.

You are not suppose to feed a baby under a year old egg. However I have fed my son eggs before he was a year old and he was fine. It is in case they are allergic to them, allergy maybe to severe for a young one to handle. But when you do feed a child egg you must make sure it is fully cooked so they don't get e-coli or salmonella.

My answer would be no. I would not give anything like that to my baby. A baby does not suspose to have eggs or dairy cow milk until the age of 12 months.

you should not give babies eggs at all until 1 year. The same goes for all kinds of chocolate.
At 8 months you should still be avoiding:
eggs
peanuts/peanut butters
Honey
cow milk
Don't pediatricians tell parents anything anymore?
