Boxers. I was pressured into switching to boxers from briefs in a middle school gym class. I found that they were more comfortable on my growing privates.
I have occasionally gone back to other types of underwear, but they feel wrong and uncomfortable.

Boxer briefs, not as gay as tightey whities but give the boys more support than just boxers..sometimes I will go boxers to give the guys a little freedom

I have a scar in my belly button from surgery, and it is still sensitive. I have to wear underwear that doesn't come near my scar. I just need them to be low-cut. I cannot even consider wearing thongs, though.
I cannot stand it when I see someone that is wearing a thong or granny panties with hip-huggers. To me, thong lines are as disgusting as granny panties are.
